| complete guide to carb counting by Larry G. Dobbs (Lakeland, Florida United States) 1 Stars May 26, 2009 I was very disappointed that this 251 page book had only 16 pages of specific foods and their carbs and calories. It should have been promoted as a guide to diabetes management as that's what the text focuses on far more than carb counting.
| | acomplete guide to carb counting by Nancy Boldt (nj) 3 Stars May 25, 2009 I really thought this was a different book, I thought it wasn't as good I don't have a sugar problem, I just like eating healthy, staying away from gluten and too much white products white sugar and flour. So for me I didn't like counting carbs.

| | ADA Complete Guide to Carb Counting by Robert H. Turner (Saint Petersburg, FL USA) 4 Stars January 06, 2009 This is a good resource but it takes quite a bit of time to make plans and progress - guess there is no easy way, just like life itself.
