| | drug info hand book by S. Waite 5 Stars November 21, 2009 received notification of shipment I believe the same day that I placed the order. This handbook is extremely handy for the practitioner that needs a quick, very complete reference to medications.
| | A Drug information Miracle by Teresa Hink (Billings, MT) 5 Stars October 19, 2009 I have purchased a new copy (or two) of the Drug Information Handbook every year for at least 10 years. Again, the Handbook is a well-organized drug reference that I rely on.
| | Great reference, great format, easy to use by Ernest Mrazik Jr. (Connecticut, USA) 5 Stars October 16, 2009 This reference book is easy to use, very comprehensive, and a bonus section in the back of the book...treatment guidelines and algorithms. You may need many other references to complete the information contained in the Lexi-Comp Drug Information Handbook. I work in both the hospital and the retail pharmacy environment. This book serves my needs very well.
| | Not Well Referenced by Anonymous 4 Stars October 03, 2009 This is a good handbook to have with you for on-the-go look-up of drug information (i.e. on rounds). It is a little larger than pocket size, but is just small enough to fit in the pocket of a white coat. The drug monographs are pretty good, but it is not well-referenced. This is a good place to start, but one should definitely verify the info.
