I like the recipes in this book, but some of the ingredients are hard to find in this little town where I live. I can go to the metroplex & shop, but I don't get there very often. Following a better nutritional diet has helped with my fibro pain.

Great writing style, easy to understand, beautiful photos and appetizing recipes! I picked up this book even though I personally do not have Fibromyalgia. Being in my mid-40s, I've been trying to find ways to be healthier and have more energy. This book explains how I can achieve my goals AND help my family eat healthier in a no-nonsense, easy-to-understand way. This book is a must-have for ANY family. Why wait until you have symptoms of Fibromyalgia?
