| | A wonderful book on the subject--Must have if you have this disorder! by g3heavenlyfruit (Los Angeles, CA) 5 Stars March 03, 2009 Since I was properly diagnosed in 2005 I have been reading trucks loads of self help books on Bipolar Disorder and I found this book the easiest to read and to apply to manage this Disorder. If I can pick only ONE bipolar self help book to buy, this one would be my pick!
Very grateful I found this book....:-)
A big thank-you to the author.....:-)
| | Excellent book by Ginger in Los Angeles (Southern California) 5 Stars January 13, 2009 Being recently diagnosed with bi-polar I'm getting every resource book I can find in order to understand this disease. This book has been great. It's helping me understand my behavior and why I do the things I do. There is great hope and strength in knowing that I'm not alone!
| | Very helpful workbook for people with bipolar disorder. by J. Harrison (Lincoln, Nebraska) 5 Stars January 09, 2009 I have found this workbook to be very helpful. Its table of contents is very detailed so you can find the part of the book that interests you and that you want to go to quickly. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have had bipolar disorder for a long time this book can be helpful in either situation. Not every part of the book pertained to me so I just skipped those that didn't. Also the book's author grants permission for people who buy the book to make copies of the worksheets to use for their own use, which I find helpful. I find this workbook has a good balance of both parts to read and worksheets, not too much of either. It does a good job of explaining different ways of controlling thinking errors that come with bipolar disorder. I am very glad that I bought this book and use it frequently.
| | Great book by Lore Gonza (GA) 5 Stars January 07, 2009 I received the book in good conditions and sooner than I expected. I thing was a great purchase with that seller!
