MS Guide by Deborah Bly (Owings, MD USA) 5 Stars

I have yet to be officially diagnosed with MS. I found this book is extremely helpful in understanding the disease. Great for information on how to approach doctors, how to look at your symptoms, how to relate with family, friends, co-workers etc. I definitely recommend especially if you are recently diagnosed or on the verge. I would think it would be helpful for those with MS as well.

I found this edition useful, although much of the information was found in several other publications. I have at least 8 publications on MS and the information is basically the same. Until stem cel research comes out, I will not purchase anymore books.
