This is an Excellent Sleep Program, Wesley Sleep Program by Billy Wilkins, formerly of Third Day, Would highly recommend. Contains helpful booklet that quickly outlines the program. The program has allowed me to fall asleep easier. Would recommend for insomnia problems. Deserves 5 stars. Can't wait to order Volume 2 & Volume 3. Keep up the good work!

By all appearances this seems to be a high quality product, but when I put the disc in the CD player, the sound had static. Upon closer inspection I realized this is not a professionally pressed CD, but one that has been burned in a CD writer like the one in your computer. It's common knowledge that not all CD players can play burned discs well, especially older players. I bought this for my wife who is in the hospital, but the CD player in her hospital room plays it with so much static that it eventually drowns out the recorded message. There should be a warning on this page that the CD might not play on all equipment.

The Wesley Sleep Program has given me the most restful nights sleep I've ever had in years. I had problems falling asleep and staying asleep until I started using the Wesley Sleep Program now I fall asleep easy. Its such a blessing from Heaven, I highly recommend the Wesley Sleep program to anyone who has trouble sleeping, even if you don't it's very inspirational to listen to. Thank you Billy Wilkins!!

Wow I am highly impressed on how effective this program is. I have a very hard time falling asleep and get hyper at times. Also usually I think about many things when I am going to bed. This cd is very relaxing gets you to focus on the cd and then relax to the soothing voice with great words from scripture and lets you let go of worries you may have. After it is done speaking soothing music causes you to drift right to sleep. I fell asleep before the disc was over and usually it takes me a lot longer. Highly recommend this to anyone especially if they have a hard time sleeping.
