This is a well written Medical Book, but only medical doctors would fully understand the information. Also, the primary focus is on epilespy. If you are interested in information for depression, I would recommend "Out of the Black Hole: The Patient's Guide to Vagus Nerve Stimulation and Depression." It is written by a patient who was implanted with the device. It contains invaluable information from a patient's perspective.
