Cute by J. Senior (Florida, USA) 3 Stars

Short and cute book. Not as informative as I was hoping for, but I may have had more base info than most being a RN. Has a lot of alternative medicine recommendations.

returned this book after flipping through it by Anna C. Berge (Visalia, CA, USA) 1 Stars

The information did not seem to apply to me, since I am a very active person and a fast healer. I found that what I was supposed to be able to do at 4 weeks, I could do on day 3... so I returned it, because it was little value to me. You can get most of the info in these books on hystersisters website

Excellent help. by S. S. Spencer (Florida) 4 Stars

This book provides very good information for someone going through the hysterectomy. I recommend ordering it before the surgery, because there are so many helpful hints for the hospital and dealing with the whole situation. I ordered it after the surgery and found almost all of the information that the health care providers gave me while I was going through the events. It was still helpful. There were only some very slight differences, which I assume is based on the fact that I am in the U.S. and the book was written in a different country. All in all, this book is a great reference and provides comfort for anyone having a hysterectomy.

Brilliant book, full of practical information by J. Parkinson-hardman (Cheshire, UK) 5 Stars

I bought Linda's book when my wife was told she might need a hysterectomy for fibroids. I thought it would help her to manage the op and beyond, what I didn't realise was how much it would help me as well to look at ways I could support her while she recovered. It is full of the best suggestions and even helps you identify extra info you might need and questions to ask. I'd strongly recommend it, even though I am related to the author!
