Like some other people said, there is something wrong with this CD. I have only listened to it once, and the next day I felt confused and disoriented, as if I was drinking or something. Also, while listening, a few times I had the impression there was a bug crawling in a few different spots on my skin, but there wasn't. This is very creepy. Please think twice before you try listening to this CD. I haven't tried any other CD's by this author, but this one I will never try again. EDITED (1 star goes to 5 stars): I guess that was just a cellular rebuilding phase. After it was over, I felt more focused. Then I used Sacred Ground by the same author. It works!

When I purchased this at her site, I didnt realize it was an hour long, until after I had downloaded it. I put off using it for 2 weeks because I am used to subliminals/guided meditations that go for about a half hour. Well, I finally got around to using it and didn't like her voice, but figured I'd listen to it to see if it got any better. I didn't appreciate the sound her voice anymore than I did before or the echoing of it, but it did seem to manifest some positive results. I dont know if it's because she's like the queen of binaural beats and put me in an ideal receptive state or what, but this subliminal CD can be fruitful if used regularly for 30 days with no other programs to confuse your subconscious. I am looking forward to using her follow up to this The Secret Universal Mind Meditation II which is divided into like 5 parts so I'm not so overwhelmed by the thought of having to set aside an entire hour at a time.

It was a used copy and the wrong CD was inside. I have been travling and not able to send it back or do anything about it. I will never order anything used from Amazon again. What a pain.

I purchased both the initial meditation CD and the second one -- they are both awesome! At first I was skeptical, because I had this warped idea about God. But, when I opened up myself to being objective, and after reading Three Magic Words by U.S. Andersen, I have been transformed in my way of thinking and my outlook on life. This is an amazing meditation resource. Personally, I prefer the first version to the second one, because it includes more about God. The only thing I did not like about the first version was the repetitive echo for the first 5-10 minutes. But I learned how to focus on just one voice. When you focus on one voice it helps to get you "under" quicker. But, that is my personal preference. Some people may prefer the more generic version presented in The Secret Meditation II. Overall, it has helped me get a clearer understanding of who I am and it is an amazing stress reliever. If you are unaccustomed to meditation (like I was), I strongly suggest you read Three Magic Words first. That book is by far the best book I have read in the past 5 years. It was so good I purchased copies for my sisters, and am re-reading my copy. Kelly Howell's voice is excellent in getting you to relax. I highly recommend her meditation CD's.

My husband and I were having some financial difficulties and someone recommended that I listen to this. I know this sounds strange, but I've been listening to this CD at night as I fall asleep for several months - and our financial situation is definitely turning around! I was skeptical...but not anymore. For that very reason, I highly recommend this CD to anyone who would like to better their money situation.
