It's amazing the different recipes that are available and even though they all look totally disgusting and I will remain a happy carnivore.. my husband ( the gout boy) has maintained a "purine" free diet and is happy in his "vegetive" state...

He has found the information about Gout including the bibliography to be very helpful and he really enjoys the recipes. My mother finds the recipes easy to follow and agrees they are delicious although she does not suffer from Gout.
