This is the most important book ever written if you want to see the tech. beyon human DNA sequencing so Ian Dunham is a major scientist in the field. The book is written from the core of DNA sequencing Sanger Institute. Specialy part two includes some suprises for beginners. More than a 'How to..' text, the book describes the philosphy of the subject. Suitable for all levels even if you are not familiar with the field.
