As a musculoskeletal radiologist I understand why until now nobody reviewed Volume III of the Encyclopaedia of Medical Imaging. Donald Resnick wrote it. It may suffice to say that of all my books this is the one my residents consulted most during the last two years. As a result it is completely ruined, so that I had to order a second copy.
