| Helped Me Lose Over 40 pounds! by Jody Carter (Little Rock, AR United States) 4 Stars November 19, 2009 Considering there are more recent versions of this text on the market, my copy is still a gem and my go-to reference for fat, calorie, and carbohydrate counts. If the nutritional information is not available on the package or if I am going out to eat, this is a must-have. Knowing which foods are less fatty or caloric helped me lose over 40 pounds, while not starving myself. Exercise and nutrition are the two keys to weight-control, and this book is a key component to my nutritional goals.
