This book is easy to find basic foods and has a ton of "fast food" items in case you want to stop and get something to eat quickly. It is a pocket book size that fits easily in your purse.

Probably as good as it gets by T. Borrero (Atlanta, GA USA) 4 Stars

This good goes great for those who are counting calories. 9 times out of 10 I find the item I'm looking for. However there are a few popular restaurants not listed and others printed but I myself have never heard of. Of course I understand that it's due to the size of the book - but I would find the calorie count for a large portion at the restaurant but not the small or regular size or vice-versa. Through out the book it says to go to the Calorie King website to get more details on each restaurant or food. I do love the size of the book - able to take with with me anywhere being a short and fat book. I haven't bought many other books like this but I'm happy to stick with this one. On the foods not listed I simply go to the category it should be in and hand print my findings on the side of the page. I'm thinking that in a very short time it will be perfectly labeled for my tastes and interests.
