Nearly 12,000 pages of text and photos are presented in the easy-to-use Adobe Acrobat PDF format. This book-on-a-disc makes a superb reference work for space enthusiasts, libraries, researchers, schools, students, and home reference! | do not waste your money by Genghis (San Diego, CA United States) 1 Stars August 20, 2006 This product is very low quality. The files on the disk are poorly organized and the pdf's do not print well (edges cut off, etc.). But fundamentally this CD is a waste of money - you can get the contents on-line for free at NASA, SETI, etc., websites. And more importantly, you will get far more up-to-date information. If you want the latest fascinating information on astrobiology, this is not the place to get it. You are much better off browsing various NASA, astronomy and science magazine websites, and especially the free and very current "Astrobiology Magazine" site.
