For those who have read "Guess What Came to Dinner", this book adds another small but important layer to solving bug problems. It also provides info about a lot of products the author is selling, but I believe she is on the right track. You will certainly take a fiber supplement after reading this book. 80% Clear and Counting

THIS BOOK HAS HELPED ME SO MUCH. THIS IS MY SECOND PURCHASE OF THIS BOOK. I LEND MY FIRST ONE TO A FRIEND (WHO NEVER GAVE IT BACK TO ME). I KNEW HOW I WAS FEELNG IN MY BODY WASN'T RIGHT, NOW I KNOW WHY...IT WAS PARASITES. SINCE THEN, I HAVE DONE VALERIE SAXION'S (90 DAY) DETOX/CANDIDA CLEANSE. I'VE LOST 30LBS IN 3 MONTHS AND I LOOK AND FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!!.

ParasiteRex is an interesting book on all the types and varieties of parasites. That book I recommend. This lady lists a few parasites and then preaches a great deal about 'God's organ' and 'Gods diet'... 'God wants you to eat this way...' etc. I'm not quoting verbatim or course ha ha but you get the idea. So I guess if you are Buddist or Muslim you better convert. She seems like a nutcase preacher not a scientist or even a good councelor. *and writes one dull read!* I do believe in internal cleansing. A product that I feel has worked well for me is at [...]: a total colon and parasite cleansing system. Their ads make it all sound as if everyone has a weird experience, expelling large worms and going to the toilet 8 times a day but my experience was very normal. Might be the benefits are a placebo effect but what the heck.. I use their probiotics and digestive enzymes too. Reading their website seems more informative than this book "Every body has parasites" Do your self a favor and pass on this one. ONe good thing: it is really a tiny book and you can read it in about 20 minutes so if you choose to waste your money you won't be wasting much of your time.
