Good book, great quick reference, easy to use, concise, contains the information you need, fell apart second time I opened it, rendered it worthless to carry around.

Product was in great condition, exactly as seller had described. Company order confirmation and payment were exchanged within minutes of purchase yet product did not ship until 13 days later. Total process took around 3 weeks!

I have used these guides for years. As a new grad I kept it in my lab coat as a *peripheral brain* and as an experieneced provider, I keep a copy close at hand. Great for looking up treatment modalities for problems seldom encountered.
