NOT HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SHIPPING by Eipe Kuruvila (Lakewood CO) 1 Stars
March 12, 2009
I ordered this book on Feb 12, 09. On the original shopping cart receipt it said 2-4 days to ship. March 11, I still do not have my book. I've been given two more estimated shipping dates of March 17-30 and now March 24-April 10. If I would have known that they would do this I would spend the extra money and buy it elsewhere. I called customer service and they had no explanation. This book is needed for my job. I would not recommend Amazon for anything you need right away.
