| No Great Insights by J. Sarro (Parsippany, NJ) 5 Stars September 20, 2009 It's a good book with very useful information, just don't expect any new earth shattering information. That being said, you'll find info on the Glycemic Index, supplements, and the like.

I made notes and put lots of effort into making my body healthier and better. It offers lots of good ideas and recipes. Now, three years later, I pulled it back off the shelf and read it again because my husband got some not-so-stellar results from his doctor. So once again I made more notes and grocery lists to help him earn better grades on his his next round of bloodwork. And you know what? He saw great results in 2 short months. Don't forget to exercise! And buy this book.
| | Life-changing by blarney (CA) 5 Stars June 01, 2009 I am reading and sharing this book with everyone. It makes sense and makes eating right easy. I am sitting right now with my whole grain cereal, blueberries, and non-fat milk. Life is great, I feel great, and I have lost 10 lbs thus far. I am also taking MonaVie and it has delayed a knee replacement thus far--no pain, no walking problems. I am almost 65 and I feel 40 again!!!
