I read this book and loved all the testamonies and great ideas. I love how he says "if you think you can you can and if you think you can't you can't. I have felt great since including tea in my diet and was inspired to write the book "How Green Smoothies Saved My Life" He said Tea would make you more creative and I agree.

I rented this book from the library and highly enjoyed it. I have now ordered myself a copy from amazon. Mark Ukra gives us the history of tea and ways we can use real tea (Camellia sinensis) to restore our lives/health into out own hands. He takes us onto a journey within ourselves that make us look at the bad patterns of our life so that we may change. I do not know much about tea, but I do know practical health advice when I hear it. I have been on a two year -- so far -- learning spree of how to keep and stay healthy. My life is slowly changing for the better. I can see the results. I have heard about the amazing wonders of tea, but Dr. Tea really breaks the research down, for us who really want to understand. He is fun, his words are witty,inspiring and his dedication to helping us remarkable. For this price, it is well worth it. Mark Ukra gives practical advice, which comes from his many years of dedicated learning and practice (This should NOT replace your doctor). He lets us know that there will be THOSE days, but it's okay. No harm done. This life is about living and exploring. Just incorporating one healthy thing at a time is motivation enough. Let that one healthy thing be The Ultimate Tea Diet. Take your time. His book is a mixture of useful information and testimonials, not only his but others; wise words; helpful facts (no hints here). Do not hesitate to take this one step to change your life. You can also purchase and herbal tea book as a companion to this one. I have. Enjoy reading this book and I wish you much success.

If you are looking for a step to a life changing diet and not a quick fix diet, i would definitly get this book. It's easy to understand and provides you with good background info so that you really understand why this diet would work.

This book was completely fascinating. The benefits of tea were explained incredibly well, however during certain sections I felt that Dr. Tea was being repetitive with his descriptions. My only other fault with this book is the disgusting amount of "tea" puns. Blergh. I haven't started the diet yet (I'm waiting for my loose leaf tea to come), but I'm really excited to try it. This diet recognizes that not everybody can eat at the same time every night, and cannot prepare a nice meal every night. Dr. Tea lets the reader know it's fine to have a bad day - just don't beat yourself up over it, and try to get back on the tea and healthy habits the next day. All in all, I would recommend this book in a heartbeat, especially if you already love tea like I do.
