My wife and I have found a lot of tasty recipes from this book, even though one of us is a picky eater. We've put a lot of bookmarks in this after finding recipes we like. Instructions could be written a little clearer, but a careful read will solve that. Recipes use commonly-available items (in the USA) and standard methods. No great skills are needed here.

So far we've tried 3 of the recipes. My husband has high blood pressure so we are working on our eating, controlling the amount of sodium in his diet, excercise and better sleep. This is a fun cookbook with lots of recipes, I look forward to trying more!
