Not a solution for my second-hand smoking problem by David J  3 Stars

I live in a high-rise condo where I suffer from second-hand smoking from other units(mainly from the unit below). Purchasing this purifier, I hoped that at least I could make the master bedroom (about 9'x10') livable for me. I was disappointed. It improved the situation a little bit but could not remove the toxic invisible fume fast enough when it smeared into the room (with the maximum setting of course). Actually, I could smell the fume at the air outlet which means filtering is not really working for this kind of chemicals. If you buy this purifier for smoking problem, you should make sure that you can return it. Also, it is louder than what you would expect from a high-end air purifier.
I still gave three stars because I liked the overall design and decided to keep it for other use than smoke control(I am moving out soon).
