The phone was easy to set-up...my older parents had no problem. I have spoken to them several times since they got the phone and they both want to use it...so the soulution is to replace their cordless with the GE cordless model also! I would highly recommend this product.

This phone is great. I purchased one last year and my grandson baptized it with soda. Replaced it because it does the trick for me. I have some hearing loss and the volume assist really helps. I did not have any trouble with the reciever as some folks indicated. A good buy...arrived is just a few days.

I got this phone for my mother , who can't hear well without her hearing aids. We've tried numerous phones purported to be for hearing impaired people, and have yet to find one that delivers the goods. We certainly thought that by buying a higher quality phone with features specifically for the hearing impaired, that we would have been happy with the results. Well, not this time. This one might have worked but the supposed "Extra Loud" ringer wasn't loud enough for my mom to her the phone ring. It lasted a couple days and was returned as unacceptable. I cannot recommend this phone as advertised.

MY WIFE WASN'T ABLE TO TALK ON THE PHONE BEFORE I PURCHASED THIS PHONE
BUT NOW SHE CAN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHONE.
