Only negative is when traveling you must be certain to get wall plug adapter and not just the usb cord. Otherwise, great. Wish the adapter alone could be sold without having to completely replace the cord and all.

Lost the original and needed a replacement. I had some USB/mini USB cables and thought I could charge from any USB port but it was painfully slow. This original charger got me back to normal.

My initial power adapter didn't work. I contact the support staff and they quickly replaced the power adapter. No fuss at all. The new power adapter works like a charm and I am ecstatic about the quality of service Amazon.com provided.
