I recently received the Belkin Neoprene case for Kindle. It has no foul odor, as some reviewers claim. It fits the Kindle like a glove, and the zippers have yet to get caught as has been criticized about this product. I give it a 4 only because I would have liked to see either more padding or a firmer frame. If you want a case to protect your Kindle during transit, travel, or commuting, this is the case for you. If you have to make your Kindle feel more like a book, look elsewhere.

I really love the Belkin cover for the Kindle. Without this protection I was always worried about scratches and damage to my Kindle. Now I can carry it with me in my purse without worries. If you own a Kindle you must protect it and this cover is just right. I was somewhat concerned about the supposed smell but I found that to not be a problem.

I have had this for now more than two weeks and I am very pleased with the overall product. The smell is discreet and the faux-leather gives it a nice finish. I would have like a handle but can survive without it.
The kindle is well protected as it fits exactly in it. The zips are good so far.

I feel this product was a waist of money for me; because I read so much I need to take the adapter with me. This product is not large enough to carry the Kindle and the adapter, so I have not been able to use the sleeve.

I really wanted to buy a snap on cover because they look so much thinner and more convenient, but I purchased this because of the negative reviews regarding the snap on covers. The Neoprene sleeve is everything it advertises in that it looks nice, feels nice, and has plenty of padding. One must take the Kindle out of the sleeve to read, which means you must handle the Kindle rather than the cover. If this may be a problem, one should take it into consideration.
