I bought my first pair of Woodees about 3 months ago. I was AMAZED at the sound quality. Much better than any earbuds I had ever tried. They worked perfectly with my iPhone too. Functionality is awesome. Sound quality is definitely equal or better to that of my previous $200 Shure headphones.
Sadly, two weeks ago, the wire broke where it connected with the jack. I called the company and they promptly told me that they were aware of this problem, and that a new "improved" product was available. With no questions asked, they shipped me a brand new pair !!!
The "new and improved" wire has a much better solid cord and metal ends. It is a great improvement over the first pair I had.
I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewers, but my experience with Woodees was excellent. They took care of my problem right away. I received great Customer Service. It is so awesome when you find a company that stands behind their product.
Great product for the money. Strongly recommend.

after 6 months no sound in 1 ear, NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT by Clarity  1 Stars

After about 6 months, the left ear piece stopped producing sounds. I can get sounds momentarily if I jiggle the area around the mic. I have used this product gently. The real problem, however, is that I have not had a response from the support people. The US support email address bounces back messages, and the international email address is a black hole.
There is a 1 YEAR WARRANTY, but it looks like there is actually no support team, nor any process to fulfill the warranty. No, I have NOT yet written to their mailing address. Perhaps that's the only way?

The sound quality is pretty good but, after a month's use, the wire has begun to separate from the plug end of the speaker cable. Not great.

These Woodees sound good, but the build quality is terrible. These broke after three months, there seems to be a short in the mic wire because it causes my iPhone to skip songs randomly, fast forward randomly, and start/stop music randomly. I treat these very carefully, always using the carrying pouch they came with. What's more frustrating is they have no contact info on their one year warranty, so if it does break you can't contact anyone for a replacement. Definitely steer clear.

Listen to music is ok. Sound quality not bad.
However, when answering phone, the voice quality is very bad, very soft... so in order to get myself heard, i have to pull out the ear piece and talk via iphone. Otherwise, the party on the other end, have difficulty hearing me.
:9 no choice have to spend money to buy another reliable set
