I saw a screening of Fruit Fly at the Seattle International Film Festival. It was absolutely wonderful...the fun poppy sounds and constant enjoyment of song and dance partnered with a touching story of a woman searching for her mother and also at times for herself...
The actors gave an outstanding performance and went well beyond my expecations in terms of vocal quality.
I definately recommend this to anyone who is a fan of musicals...I can picture this as a stage production and hope that it may one day go in that direction as well.
