The site originally started just after Mr + Mrs. 'MM" underwent bariatric surgery in 2004, and is a continual work in progress, as is long-term maintenance with WLS.MM.net conveys an open and honest dialogue about the successes, struggles and daily path of two post-gastric bypass patients. The goal of this site is to share, realistically and often in a humorous way, what it's like traveling this thing called life with altered anatomy. Book mark this site on your laptop, but forget about trying to read it on your Kindle. It is not Kindle friendly. What you get are 2-3 sentence summaries of the article and then a note, "This is a content summary only. Visit my website for full links, other content, and more!". If I wanted to read the blog on my laptop, I wouldnt pay for the content on my Kindle.
Dont waist your money, read it online for free. Who wants to be aggravated by summary only content you pay for and then have to switch devices and read it for free.

MM is great! She is funny, smart, and has a great way of looking at life. I am pre-op and I check out her site everyday so I know what to expect after surgery. She is real and a wealth of knowledge! Thank God for Melting Mama!
