| | Good choice for beginners, esp those with trouble focusing by S. Stevens (APO, AE United States) 4 Stars October 31, 2007 This is a great bipolar intro dvd. I purchased this because my family member has trouble focusing long enough to read/understand a book, so I thought a movie would be easiest. She really really enjoyed it and was able to grasp a good part of it. It helped seeing others with the condition and hearing their stories. It gave us a good idea of the condition, without overwhelming or distressing us.
