| Nice Interval Workout by DJ (USA) 5 Stars August 25, 2009 This DVD is divided into three intervals: the first is a walking-style aerobic workout, the second is a standing workout, and the third is a floor workout. Each interval is 15-minutes long. I really enjoyed the aerobic workout; I like walking workouts by Leslie Sansone and Chris Freytag, and this reminded me of those. I just wish this section could have been at least 30 minutes long instead of only 15 minutes. Alternatively, I would have liked the option to program it to play twice. I enjoyed both toning intervals. The standing exercises are a combination of both upper and lower body movements (i.e., knee lifts while doing bicep curls) while the floorwork was familiar, easier pilates and yoga-style moves. The instructor had a friendly, non-intimidating personality; informative without being either too stiff or too chatty. I loved the music and the set design: bright and cheerful! There were two background exercisers showing modications as well; one showing ways to make the movements easier, and one showing ways to make the movements a little more challenging. All in all, this is a solid beginner workout that can take you to the next level.

The film that officially signaled Disney's animation renaissance (following The Little Mermaid) and the only animated feature to receive a Best Picture Oscar nomination, Beauty and the Beast remains the yardstick by which all other animated films should be measured. It relates the story of Belle, a bookworm with a dotty inventor for a father; when he inadvertently offends the Beast (a prince whose heart is too hard to love anyone besides himself), Belle boldly takes her father's place,...
