The Instructor first explains very clearly the exercises before she does them. The exercises are performed slowly and I can keep up with them, this suits me perfectly. The routine is not long and boring.
I do these standing exercises every other day at least three times a week and notice the improvement in my strength, balance and flexibility. There is a nice warm-up, about 20 minutes of different exercises for the whole body, a few minutes of cool down with stretching and a wonderful 5 minute relaxation in the end.
I enjoy this a lot and don't feel how fast the routine is done. Recommended.

I have also regained more flexibility in my joints, even more than before.
I hold a chair for added balance in some of the leg exercises.
This easy exercises DVD has exercises that are simple, easy for me to do, and effective. The exercises are done on a nice sunny beach, I like the end relaxation with nature which makes me feel very good and relaxed.
I am greatly benefiting from these easy exercises. Recommended

I got this together with the Easy Sitting Chair Exercises DVD so I can do different exercises and not be bored with the same routine.
The verbal instructions are really good and the exercises are first demonstrated and then done slowly making it easy for me to follow.I have retained all my strength and flexibility and then some.
Beautifully demonstrated and photographed on a beach with the waves in the background.I like the music a lot.
I highly recommend this dvd.
| | Excellent Seniors Easy Exercises DVD. by Gretude B (Riverside CA USA) 5 Stars October 27, 2009 Excellent Exercises DVD, I am 75 and just finished rehab and was advised by my Doctor to start a easy exercise routine, I got this DVD together with the Easy sitting exercises DVD.
The instructor is always smiling and very positive, She first explains the exercise, the timing is good and not so fast making it very easy for me to follow.
There is a warm-up, about 20 different exercises for the whole body, The first part of the upper body exercises can be done sitting or standing. The lower body exercises are done standing. I hold the back of a chair for added balance in the leg exercises.
There is a slow stretching cool down and DVD finishes with a nice 5 minute relaxation with nature and deep breathing exercises.
This is a very good Strength and balance exercises DVD for Seniors.Recommended.

I Like this DVD a lot,on days when I don't use the dumbbells exercise DVD I use this or the easy sitting exercises DVD. The first part of the upper body exercises can be done sitting or standing, the leg exercises are done standing which is very good and I feel my legs and lower body getting a lot stronger.
Each exercise is very well explained by the instructor who is motivating and positive and smiles. The exercises are done at a nice pace which is easy for me to do. I feel a lot better after I do them and have better balance and more strength.
These exercises have assisted me a lot. Recommended to all who want to do a good simple basic weightless exercise routine.
