I do these light weight exercises every other day and I am definitely seeing improvement in my strength and I feel a lot stronger. The trainer clearly explains and shows the exercise before they start. The easy sitting light weights exercises on this dvd are done at a slow pace. The first part exercises are for the upper body and are done with weights, the lower body exercises are done without weights but are effective. The lower body exercises are similar to the easy sitting chair exercises dvd that I have and use. There is a nice stretching cool down and the relaxation in the end with nature has affirmations which is a definite plus. I feel a lot better and energized. This is a good easy sitting light weights exercise dvd. I like it a lot and recommend it.

I am very pleased with this seated dumbbells exercises DVD. I use 3 Lb dumbbells and I have been doing these sitting dumbbells exercises every other day for the past few weeks, and this works. I have gained more strength. The first part of the upper body exercises are done with dumbbells and the lower body exercises are done without the dumbbells. Very easy to do and she does them slow enough for me to keep up. I feel strong and energized after I finish the exercise routine. Just do the exercises and you will be amazed how good you feel.Recomended.

I finally got around to using this exercise DVD and I am impressed. I have degenerative arthritis and also have lost a great deal of flexibility in my joints. However, I am not ready to call it quits so I ordered this DVD thinking that it would be a good start and I do believe it will be. It is simple and easy to follow. After only one time following the exercise routine I believe it is "just what the doctor ordered". It is also short enough so you don't get tired before it ends and it is something that you will want to do daily.

This DVD has a full body exercise routine, I do the first part of the upper body exercises with 3 Lb dumbbells, the lower body leg exercises are done weightless. I feel a lot stronger by exercising with this DVD every other day, on days I don't exercise with this DVD I exercise with the easy sitting exercises DVD or the easy sitting and standing exercises DVD depending on what I feel like doing that day. The exercises are very well explained first by the instructor who is motivating and positive. The exercises are done at a nice pace which is easy for me to do. The is a nice beach background, Good oldies music that like. These exercises have assisted me a lot. Recommended to all who want to do basic seated light weights exercises.

Seniors Sitting Exercises DVD with Weights. I got 4 of Sunshine's exercise DVDs so I can do different exercises and not get bored with the same exercises. This is a very good seated dumbbells exercises DVD. It is not difficult to perform the exercises, and I feel really healthy after I do them. I also like the cool down process, its very relaxing. Sunshine the instructor gives clear directions and explanations before each exercise, with pleasant music and the exercises are done in a beautiful ocean-side setting. The music is good and upbeat which I like. Sunshine uses dumbbells mainly for the upper-body exercises in the first half of the exercise section, the lower body leg exercises are done seated without weights. I have been faithfully doing these exercises and it has helped me to get back on track and become stronger. I recommend this DVD to anyone either Senior or someone who needs to exercise.
