| Healing exercises for Diastasis recti and C sections by Erin Wetzel 5 Stars April 08, 2008 This DVD is very clear and concise. I have been able to use what I learned for both my pilates clientele, as well as in my therapeutic massage. Diastasis is an area rarely touched on, and it was wonderful to see such a common issue addressed so eloquently--for both men and women. It's a DVD worth buying for anyone in the body/movement industry.

| Lose Your Mummy Tummy Splint, Medium Waist 29-33 inches (73-84 cm), White by Maternal Fitness
The purpose of the splint is to help bring together the two halves of the outermost abdominal muscle (recti) which may separate during pregnancy. The recti muscle is the support system for your back and a support system for your organs. This separation weakens the support system for the back causing back problems and also the support system for the organs causing the mummy tummy. This separation does not automatically go back together after you give birth. That is why women show faster during...
