On Maui in Hawaii, we visit with Chef James Mcdonald! First we travel Up Country Maui, to the O'O Organic Farm where James Mcdonald grows all of his own Organic Produce for his two restaurants I'O and Pacific'O. James takes us on a tour of this lush and diverse organic farm and then prepares one of the world's freshest salads for us!
