T-Rex Nigel Marven travels back to the Cretaceous Montana: his mission - to rescue Tyrannosaurus Rex. He coaxes two baby T-rex through the time portal and into the park. He names them Terence and Matilda. Mammoth Nigel Marven heads on his next adventure back 10,000 years to the ice age, in search of the last remaining woolly mammoths. Nigel returns with an injured female mammoth he later names Martha. Bird House Nigel heads 135 million years back to prehistoric China in search of a winged dinosaur called Microraptor. A volcanic eruption forces Nigel to rescue not only the microraptors, but the huge titanosaurs. Sabre Tooth Nigel leaves on an expedition to prehistoric South America. Big cat expert Saba Douglas-Hamilton accompanies Nigel to rescue Sabre-Tooth cats as they face extinction. Insects Nigel goes back 300 million years to prehistoric Scotland in search of some giant creepy crawlies. He soon encounters a swarm of dragonflies the size of eagles and a ten-foot millipede. Giant Croc Nigel goes back 75 million years to prehistoric Texas to try and rescue a Deinosuchus - the largest crocodile ever to have lived. He scouts the coastline in a light aircraft and witnesses a massive Deinosuchus erupting from the water in each prey.
