We bought these oils instead of giving out bottles of wine during the holidays. These oils were very popular and recipients thought they were a very innovative gift. We will given them again.

You can cook with these delicious, lightly flavored oils, or use them after cooking to "season to taste". Great as bases for salad dressings, including pasta salads.
