Best deal around if you know about your high quality olive oils from Italy. Flavor is long and smooth and goes amazing with a little crusty bread out of the oven. This is the best price I've seen and Amazon.com did a great job finding the deal. I have bought 3 bottles already this month!

I lived in Italy for three years, and fell in love with great food, great people and great olive oil (comes from Spain). This is the best extra virgin olive oil that I have tasted. It is worth every penny. You get what you pay for! Try it; you'll be happy that you did.

Columela Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 17 oz I have tried many olive oils and this one is absolutely the best olive oil I have ever tasted. The price is a little higher than some, but when used on fresh bread, or a little over Minestrone, or poured over fresh pasta dishes will make you a believer too.

La Piana 20 Years Aged Balsamic Vinegar, 8.4 Fl Oz

The older the balsamic, the greater the depth and richness of flavor. This balsamic is made from the juice of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes that are only cultivated surrounding Modena, Italy. The must is cooked slowly and then develops character by aging in wooden casks. The result over time is a dense, sweet, and pleasantly acidic balsamic with intense flavor.

Elsa "Fondo Carrate" Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Elsa "Fondo Carrate" Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
by Azienda Agricola Elsa

Fondo Carrate is the name of one of the farms of the Elsa Estate. This balsamic is obtained through the traditional method of slowly fermenting cooked grape must from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The vinegar is then aging and refinement is derived from the process of aging in small casks of selected woods. A well balanced condiment with a taste of sweet and sour. Aromatic with a rich velvety brown color. Use in salads, dipping or with grilled meats or vegetables.
