I put up preserves as a second career it seems during the summer time in Central GA. I like to use Fructose for the flavor and health benefits. Barry Farms makes a great product. Sometimes it is just a tad inconsistent as far as some texture / color. But being able to buy in bulk, with super easy delivery, and speedy ship times, I have placed multiple orders this summer with the Barry's and it has paid off for me everytime. Thank you!
