CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 4.0 based on 10 reviews)
| Not worth the money by Ricky Chang 1 Stars August 06, 2009 Although I am not a tea expert, but I do drink tea daily (not from tea bags).
This tea is not the worst that I ever had, but for the price I can only rate it one star. The flavor is too mild or weak. From what I can tell, this should not even be classified as oolong tea.
| | Great mild diet tea by Ilya Lobanenkov 5 Stars March 22, 2009 Naturally slightly sweet, this is a great sipping tea to replace your soda or whatever.
| | Tea lacked sweet rich taste by Sarah (Houston, TX USA) 2 Stars February 11, 2009 I will likely not purchase this tea again. I've tried other varieties of wu-long which were much more sweeter, smoother and richer in taste. I could not keep paying a lot of money for these quality teas, so I started my search for a cheaper wu-long tea, and that is why I purchased this tea. However, I am not satisifed with it. Even after steeping for a long period of time, the tea was dark but the taste was stale & not rich at all. I bought this because the price was good, and gave it 2 stars because it arrived nicely packaged & quickly. However, I would rather pay more money in the future for a better tasting tea.
| | Great Tea by James A. Franciosa (Schenectady N.Y.) 5 Stars January 11, 2009 Great tea, great taste. I've tried other brands of oolong tea but this one is one of the better ones. I drink it almost every day. If you like Chinese tea you'll love this one.
| | good strong oolong by P. Crowe 3 Stars February 08, 2008 This is a strongly flavored, astringent oolong tea. It is reasonably priced (that is priced as a beverage) and the same tea being sold at several times the cost by various vendors pushing it for its weight loss properties. It produces a cloudy, medium brown brew with strong, slightly rough flavor. Oolongs from this particular location are reputed to aid in losing weight. I prefer smoother oolongs with a lighter, clearer brew, but this is a matter of taste. This is a good, solid but not inspiring tea.
