These are the first beans I've tried since I got my Soymilk maker... I don't know how these beans compare to any others, but the soymilk I've made with them has smelled and tasted like farts. I've tried soaking them longer, removing the skins, adding oatmeal and sweeteners to the milk. Still farts. I ended up having to lower the amount of beans by two thirds and now it tastes like watered down farts, but at least that's more tolerable. I'll try a different brand next time.

This would make an excellent choice for anyone wanting to try their hand at homemade soy milk. The milk that results from this product is creamy, semi-sweet with only a mild beany taste. My wife, who is very particular, finds nothing to complain about when I use these for our milk. I've definitely had much worse.

Organic. Soybeans. Lots of food in the pantry. Reasonably priced. What more is there to say? I cook up a bag full, drain, then freeze in a zip lock freezer bag so I can break out a handful at a time for soups or meals.
