Not for the timid!
This super dark chocolate at 75% cacao is all about chocolate. If you want even more cacao try Theo Venezuelan at 91%! No sugar taste pure dark chocolate at its finest.
I received this chocolate as a hostess gift from some people in Seattle (home of Theo) and loved it.
It is really terrific with a great cup of coffee. And even one bar of this chocolate can last awhile because it is so rich you just don't need to eat the whole thing in on sitting.

The Fair Trade certified? cacao used in this single origin dark chocolate bar is from the fertile growing region surrounding Kumasi, Ghana. We are tasting lots of leather, a bit of tobacco, and then rich earth flavors. The perfectly fermented and dried beans yield slightly floral notes over golden and round chocolate flavors.
