These bars are truly fantastic: I'm a preprofessional ballet dancer, and I'm sometimes at the studio from 11 am-8 pm for classes and rehearsals. I often don't have much time to go downstairs and microwave some food, and I'd rather not snack on a bag of empty calorie chips. I often bring 2 Luna Bars with me to class. I can sneak a bite every half hour or so, and it keeps my energy going! They're so yummy and satisfying, but they don't feel heavy in your stomach (I love Clif Bars for meal replacements, but they're too heavy to eat before dancing). My favorite flavors:
Chocolate Raspberry
I'm a sucker for dark chocolate, and the sweet fruit balances the bitterness well. As a dancer, I need to watch my weight. Instead of getting some chocolate, I can satisfy my cravings with a Chocolate Raspberry bar
Dulce de Leche
Sweet, but not too sweet. Caramely and delicious. A cross between caramel ice cream and a rice krispie treat!
Chocolate Mint
I love mint. This bar is refreshing yet rich
Lemon Zest
AMAZING! Sounds odd, and I was very skeptical before I tried it. I'd had fruit flavored granola and protein bars before, but usually in combination with chocolate or nuts, and never lemon (usually pomegranate, raspberry, cherry, etc). I was so pleasantly surprised. LEMON ZEST IS AMAZING. tastes just like a lemon bar, but bigger and less sickeningly sweet (a ginormous lemon bar would be too much for me)

This bar is so sweet you won't want sugar for a month if you eat one. If you aren't dibetic, you will be if you eat these. Of course, they're only for women. I'm sure the women will eat one and either stop eating them or go into diabetic shock. Live Long and Prosper.

I eat a Luna Bar every weekday for breakfast. It is filling, and as long as I have a piece of fruit handy for a mid-morning snack, I can make it until lunch without hunger pains. It is great for a quick breakfast "on the fly". You would think the caramel nut brownie flavor would be too sweet for breakfast, but it is perfect.

I thought the Lemon Zest flavor tasted like lemon kitchen cleaner .... a Fantastik bar. It was also cloyingly sweet. Would not recommend.
