| Not my favorite St. Dalfour meal by Redwell (USA) 3 Stars November 22, 2009 I've tried all of the St. Dalfour ready to eat meals, and this is actually my least favorite. I do like the canned salmon, but there is too much oil in the can in my opinion. It makes the vegetables too oily, as well. I much prefer the Three Bean (my favorite) followed by the Tuna and Pasta, and the Pasta Salad.
| | A Fast Meal On The Go by D. faletti (northern california) 5 Stars November 12, 2009 Just had this for the first time.
Great taste with a good mix of veggy's and Salmon
Low Fat and low salt
Eat it right ouy of the can. no need to heat it. Perfect at room temp
long expiration date makes it perfect for the pantry or an emergency/disaster pack
this is 11/12/2009, expiration date on the package is 3/12/2012
| | Healthy, low cal, tasty & a good price too! by D. Maurer (Chicago) 5 Stars October 26, 2009 I had bought the St. Dalfour products at our local Jewel food store where I paid $4 each. Amazon made it a bargain, so I get a product I love at a reasonable price. What could be better. The tins look small but are very filling and good for your health. I eat them for lunch at work. I like the design of the package, the little spork, salt & pepper, easy-to-open top and especially the taste of the salmon and veggies. Free shipping and no tax makes this a no-brainer option.
| | Taste is acceptable. Very good for the road. by M. Palmquist (Maple Valley, WA) 5 Stars October 21, 2009 Healthy food for the road. Could not be a better product to have when you travel a lot.
| | Very good office lunch staple by J. Thullen (Illinois) 5 Stars October 05, 2009 A stack this is flavor along with the sweet corn/bean version in my desk drawer insures that I have a quick healthy lunch available. Because it tastes fine at room temperature and each can has a little fork, it is completely ready to go, whenever.
