This is one of the best protein powders I have used thus far. Not only is the taste nice, it also dissolves fairly easily. A trick is to dissolve the powder first in a small quantity (approx 20 ml) of warm water, when it becomes a thick paste. After this, even if you add cold milk, it goes into solution with ease. I love this product!

I tried this with Vanilla Soy milk. The flavor was fine, but the consistency was like very fine sand. I will not recommend it.

The first time I tried this, I mixed it with skim milk in my personal blender. The taste wasn't horrible but chalky, and it smelled like something died. The flavor could use more chocolate as well. Then I blended it with Silk Vanilla Soymilk, and no smell! It's comparable to Slim-fast with less sugar, less carbs, and more protein. It also tastes better cold.

I used to get this when we lived in metro Atlanta. When we moved to the country, I thought when my last can ran out, I'd be doing without. I lost 45 pounds drinking this for 1 or 2 meals a day, with some other prudent measures. I found to my shock, when I switched from Slim-Fast, I wasn't as hungry. My switch was when I found I was lactose intolerant, and we were grabbing all sorts of soy or rice stuff in the supermarket. I love the chocolate of this the best, though I also like the strawberry, but the vanilla's the most versatile, since you can flavor it with anything in the spice section. The texture isn't terribly smooth, by hand shaking, but it's a lot smoother than some other soy products we tried. I love the chocolate taste of this product, and I usually mix it with water in an off-the shelf water bottle. Quick and no dirty dishes! [Don't look at me that way--we put filtered water in the water bottle through many uses before the bottle has its final use as a soy shake bottle]. It does get thick like a milkshake, though a little different texture, and helps me not to get hungry very fast. I will be ordering some soon.
