I have no desire to change from this Olive Oil as long as the quality remains the same. The only negative is the spout. They need one that gives a cleaner pour and does not leave oil on the top of the tin.

I find it pretty good for salads, fine for cooking, but for eating directly, (as, say, dipping pita in it for za'atar bread) it stings a bit too much. It's bland, to my taste & the pepper dominates because of that. If the price is good, then by all means use it as your cooking oil & for salads with a tasty vinegar which dominates, such as balsamic.

This olive oil is so amazing! It is flavorful, with a beautiful color. The tins are beautiful, and very convenient for protecting the olive oil from light. You cannot beat this price for the quality (especially if you subscribe to have it shipped automatically)! I highly recommend this olive oil for everyday cooking! LOVE IT!

I used to to work in a professional kitchen and this was our e.v.o. of choice. like the description says it is a well balanced oil with a slight hint of pepper, i'm not a huge fan of overly peppery olive oils(which this does have some at the end but not over powering but unless you actually try this by the spoonful(yes which i have done in my own personal taste test comparing olive oils) to me thats the only way you really get the peppery sensation on the back of your throat,if you use it for bread dipping the pepper finish isn't as strong, it has a great up front olive taste that will hold up well(with a nice sprinkling of sea salt to boost flavor!)l as a finishing oil on top of eggs, fish , salads and works great for vinaigrette and is great to cook with too!, the small size tins are perfect for the kitchen and provides protection from light, the size of the tins also make them great to give as a gift!

We use a LOT of olive oil in our house. We use it in cooking, for salads and dressings, etc. And this one has to be my favorite. It has a fantastic and rich aroma and flavor, it's simply a joy to use. Probably the best-tasting one we've tried, and we've tried SO many brands! I will definitely continue to buy it here from Amazon instead of the stuff they sell in the supermarket. I also love the tins that it comes in. It keeps the oil fresh and keeps the light out, not like those horrible clear bottles! Plus, I liked the pop top, it was easy to use and easy to pour. Overall, you will NOT be disappointed!!
