i bought this because its one of the important elements to boost your metabolism. works great. its recommended to take this once every other day. my bottle came with 100 capsules. so the bottle will last me 200 days because i take one , once every other day. 50mg is a perfect amount if you take this in a row. it will send you to the bathroom to do diarrhea. lol. yeah... at least to me it does which is why i take it once every other day.
