This is a good product at a very good price, but no where in the ad or front label can you tell are getting a 90 day supply or a 60 day supply not the 180 day or 120 day you expect. There are TWO capsules to a serving (service being daily recommended amount. Who ever heard of "servings of pills". Most people assume if the label says 1200 mg... that's what the pill contains, not half that amount. Who reads the tiny back label anyway? I suspect most people buying this will take one a day and assume they are getting the 1200mg requirement. SHAME on you SCHIFF.. this is poor IF NOT deceptive labeling. Of course if they had put the full 1200 mg in one pill, no one but a horse could swallow it.

It's a good thing these pills are coated and slick or you would choke to death. They are as big as horse pills. Guess they are doing the job. What can you say about a calcium pill?

I agree with the first review that the bottle should state the amount that is in each pill, which is 600. This is the perfect amount as your body can only process 600mg at a time. It also contains 400IU of Vit D, which you need for your body to absorb the calcium. For better results, take with Glucosamine, Chondroitin complex w/ MSM. Magnesium and zinc also work well with calcium and are very good for you. The softgels are much easier to swallow than the caps to tablets.

I ordered the Super Calcium softgels and the amount was of course deducted from my account. Then I was informed I couldn't receive this product because I live overseas and was promised I would be refunded for the said amount. A long time has ellapsed and I have still NOT received my refund; The Vitamin Shoppe and Amazon had promised the matter would be resolved. I am still waiting. Bad business from both the Vitamin Shoppe and Amazon.
