I took this for a couple a months and experienced NO hot flashes. When I went off it, my memory wasn't as good.

I have been taking Source Naturals Hot Flash for nine years. Yes, nine years, going on ten. I tried everything on the market back then. My husband would bring home things for me to try (nothing worked) because of going through Menopause. Hot flashes, mood swings, the whole nine yards. My daughter found Hot Flash at the grocery store, and told me about it; it was pretty expensive. Still is in some places. I take three pill together in the evening so I can get through the night and it works until the next evening. Once in awhile, I will have a couple hot flashes during the day, but not that often. If I do, I take one and then the other two in the evening. It really does take about a bottle of them to get them in your system, (to start working) but after that. It does what you need it to do. I recommend Hot Flash to everyone because like I said..."It Works". I do find though that the pills definitely do wear off about a half hour or so before it's time to take them again, but all-in-all, it works better than anything else I've tried.

This review is coming from someone who has tried just about everything even cremes and I have to say ~ 3 of these every night works wonders. No night sweats ~ No daytime hot flashes ~ and if you order from Amazon.com you can't beat the price. Hot Flash has improved my life!

This is a great product that really does help! I purchase them for my mother and here is what she had to say about how well they work:
They don't have a great taste when taking them but they seem to lessen the frequency and severity of hot flashes. If purchasing this product don't expect the problem to quickly go away but after taking them for some time I can definitely note a difference in how often and the overal experiences I do have are improved. They are definitely worth giving a try if you are suffering from frequent hot flashes.

This product really helped with my hot flashes & I was able to come off of a prescription estrogen !!!!!
