Vitamin Shoppe had L-Glutamine powder in exactly the size container and potency I wanted and had been having trouble finding at other vitamin websites. It was priced low, delivered fast and I am a very happy new customer!

L-Glutamine plays a critical role in muscle recovery. I started to take this along w/ some BCAA powder right after my workouts and I've noticed reduced soreness, increased muscle recovery, and even some increase in strength because I'm feeding them exactly what they need after a workout.

whether this product is made of the material that it says on the label. This is the bad thing about supplements - with no rating authority out there to go by, how do we know the ingredients are quality?
Other wise this seems to be a quality company - good service; product "looks" legitimate. I seem to have cravings for protein rich foods if I don't take this stuff at least once a day. I am losing fat weight and gaining muscle using this product; but that could still be a placebo effect.
