My doctor recommends these Vitamin D's...he even sells them at a discount in his office. The deal I found through Amazon still beats his price! These are the easiest and purist forms of Vitamin D that I have tried. Highly recommend.

I did a more robust review of this same item in the 360 pill variety so I'll keep this short. This is the best and most important vitamin you can buy. But I do suggest buying the 360 bottle since it's cheaper that way :) Cheers

I love these vitamins because they are small and provide the maximum dose of vitamin D I need! I was told by my doctor to increase the amount of vitamin D I was taking. I started taking these and my vitamin level had increase within thirty days! The value is good,and the shipping isn't bad either. You can also order a larger size which is better.

Easy to swallow. I hope they will increase my Vitamin D. Will find out for sure in a few months when my blood test is redone.
